Rest in Peace, Shella (1984-2009)
Every time someone is gone too soon, there are nothing but questions in my mind. But it seems that the answers to those questions aren't meant to be understood. How do you even begin to comprehend such things?
Shella, your students are mourning your loss, but their blogs and tweets and status messages also celebrate the life you have lived, the life you have so generously shared with them even for just a short while.
I only got to know you last May in Baguio, and for that I am both sad and glad.
Rest now, Shella. Someday, we'll get to hang out again.

The PSHS - Main Campus is in IMMEDIATE NEED of MATH TEACHERS
Email from Chuck Arellano '01:
Hi everyone,
To those of you in a position to apply for this position, I highly encourage you to do so.
I spent a little more than a year teaching at Pisay, and I have to say that I found the experience very fulfilling. Getting to know an entirely new batch of Pisay students, seeing how talented they are, and being a part of their intellectual and personal growth are just some of the "perks" that aren't really listed in the job description.
And you get summers off with pay! ;)
And as Ma'am Dinah already said, please let anyone and everyone who is interested in teaching Math know that there are currently openings at Pisay.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions, or better yet, call the number below and apply! You have nothing to lose! :D
Thank you for your time! :D
-Chuck

Please support these fundraising activities for the PSHS Natatanging Guro Endowment Fund!
The PSHS Alumni Association and the PSHS Foundation have joined hands with the PSHS Class of 1982 to set up the Natatanging Guro Endowment Fund. They envision the fund (targeted at P100mn in 3 years) to generate income that would support awards for teaching excellence; provide grants for teachers to pursue masters' and doctoral studies; and facilitate faculty exchange programs with leading educational institutions globally, among others.
To raise the initial funding for the Natatanging Guro project, the PSHSAA, PSHS Foundation and PSHS Class of 1982 have launched two events, for which we would like to get your support:

Balcony 2 Center P 400 ($10)
