It's entertaining. That's all. I don't think the lawsuit will go anywhere.

I still believe though that artists should come up with original material. Of course some would say that after all that's been done in music, nothing's original anymore. But if it goes down to downright copying someone else's work and passing it off as your own (aka plagiarism), then there's something wrong going on here. If you wanna borrow something, ask permission. Simple as that.
