And so it was a Monday, pasukan na naman.
When my students saw that I had my hair cut...
"Maaaaaam! Why?!"
"Ma'am ba't kayo nagpagupit?!" (bakit, bawal ba? :P)
"Aaaaah!"
Got a lot of folks standing behind me or asking me to turn around to see what's up with my hair.
The most amusing comments I got: (as far as I could remember)
- Ma'am tinago niyo yung pinutol na buhok?
- Something about mababawasan na raw pagkabait ko kasi nabawasan na buhok ko.
- Ma'am ilang pounds nabawas sa inyo?
And then there were those who actually appreciated my new 'do (or at least tried to counter all the oohs and aahs of surprise at my haircut), hehehe.
Oh, and panalo rin yung hirit nung nagshampoo sa akin before the haircut: "Ma'am ang haba ng buhok niyo...Extra-challenge 'to ah!" LOL :P
